We can all use a little help... here are three simple tips to help you master your practice.
1) Try to synchronize your breath and movement so that you feel like your breath is actually guiding your movements.
2) Stay present in your practice by checking in with any sensations you are experiencing in places like: feet, belly, jaw, eye balls, heart space.
3) Just start! By stepping onto your mat you will already be accomplished. If you have a long, hard practice or, a slow and soft one, so be it. You will know that you showed up and gave yourself what you needed today.
